A to Z Blog Challenge {WR}: H=How Do You Write?

Back in the 80's, when I was a teen, I hand wrote my stories. Fast forward to present day and I use a laptop. I have very little in the way of handwritten notes except a timeline for a character's family.
However, I read some people are using notebooks and hand writing scenes.

Do you do this or find it helps if you have writer's block or something? I don't think I have the patience as I type faster than I write now!

  1. I've been typing my stories since age eight, when I learnt how to type, though I've also continued writing first drafts by hand over the years. Today, I hand-write my journals and my handwritten magnum opus, one book in eventually 12 volumes, which I've been working on for over 20 years. I think it's pretty sad how the art of handwriting has declined, and even sadder that cursive (at least in the U.S.) is considered outdated. To me, it's just how you're supposed to write!
